PAYMENT TERMS

Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer and MB WAY (Portugal)

All payments will be processed at check-out from the Carvalha House accommodation, unless otherwise stated in the booking or room conditions.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in can be done from 3:00 pm and check-out must be completed by 12:00 pm.

BOOKING CANCELLATION

In the event of an interruption of the stay, the full price will be charged.

Unless otherwise stated, the guest must vacate the room by 12:00 on the last day of the booking. Failure to comply with this rule will result in an additional night being charged.

In the case of a deposit, no refund will be given, except in exceptional situations communicated in advance to the Management of Carvalha House, based on a perfectly reasonable reason and with due notice:

• 30 days before arrival – You are entitled to a refund of the full amount paid for the booking

• 15 days before arrival – You are entitled to a refund of 50% of the amount paid for the booking.

• On the day of arrival – The guest must pay the full booking amount.

Booking changes must be made in writing, expressly stating the changes requested. Acceptance of the changes will depend on Carvalha House availability.

PET POLICY

Pets are not allowed.
