Failure to comply with this rule will result in an additional night being charged.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph -->In the case of a deposit, no refund will be given, except in exceptional situations communicated in advance to the Management of Carvalha House, based on a perfectly reasonable reason and with due notice:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>30 days before arrival \u2013 You are entitled to a refund of the full amount paid for the booking<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>15 days before arrival \u2013 You are entitled to a refund of 50% of the amount paid for the booking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On the day of arrival \u2013 The guest must pay the full booking amount.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph -->Booking changes must be made in writing, expressly stating the changes requested.
