PAYMENT TERMS

Payment methods accepted: cash, ATM, Visa, Mastercard.

All payments will be processed on departure from Carvalha House, unless otherwise stated in the booking or room conditions.

Check in / Check out

Check-in can be made from 14:00 and check-out must be made by 12:00.

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

If your stay is interrupted, the full price will be charged.

Unless otherwise stated, the customer must leave the room by 12 noon on the day the reservation ends. If this rule is not complied with, the client will be charged for an extra night.

In the event of a deposit, no refunds will be made, except in exceptional situations, previously communicated to Carvalha House's management for a perfectly good reason and in good time:

    • 30 days before entry - You are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for the reservation

    • 15 days from entry - You are entitled to a 50% refund of the amount paid for the reservation.

    • On the day of entry - The customer must pay the full amount of the reservation.

Changes to reservations must be made in writing, expressly mentioning the intended changes. Acceptance of changes will depend on the availability of Carvalha House.

ANIMAL POLICY

Pets not allowed.
